Amid increased immigration enforcement and shifting policies, Welcomers across America are stepping up to support their new neighbors. As Congress considers legislation that has an impact on local communities everywhere, it’s important to know what’s happening, why, and what you can do about it.

This month we’re partnering with Ashley Glimasinski, Administrative Director and Education Manager at We Choose Welcome, and Tracie L. Morgan, Founding Attorney of Hope Immigration, to give us expert insight on the four primary categories of immigration: family, employment, diversity visa, and humanitarian. We’ll also be joined by Welcome.US Senior Policy Counsel and Special Advisor Manpreet Teji for policy updates and an overview of some relevant bills recently introduced to Congress.

We’re also dedicating extended time for a live Q&A to shed light on the topic of immigration pathways, policy, and legal considerations.

What is Welcome.US at the Table?

Join us on the third Thursday of every month to participate in a national conversation about our joint work of welcoming. These webinars are designed for sponsors and Welcomers who care about private sponsorship pathways, the newcomers we’ve welcomed, and the stories of welcome that unite us.

For us, meeting at the table means nourishment, encouragement, community building, and idea sharing. That's the spirit we strive to foster.
