Rachel Quint

VP Strategy & Director, CEO Council

Rachel Quint leads Welcome.US’s strategic planning and CEO Council program. Before joining Welcome.US, Ms. Quint was an Associate Director of Strategy at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she led on multiple change management projects, and was the lead author for IRC's 13-year strategy.

Ms. Quint has more than a decade of experience working at nonprofits and the United Nations, including three years living and working in Ethiopia. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in African Studies, both from Stanford University. She is passionate about building efficiency and effectiveness in organizations. She helps to solve problems and connect big-picture thinking to concrete action.
