Monna Kashfi leads Welcome.US’s content and communications strategy. She is a national Emmy award-winning senior media professional and seasoned creative producer with nearly two decades of experience in broadcast, documentary, and digital media production.

Prior to joining Welcome.US, she was Chief Content Officer at WAMU 88.5, leading the content division of a Top 10 public radio station and overseeing a staff of more than 60 journalists, producers, creatives, and digital brand managers. Previously, Ms. Kashfi was Executive Producer at CGTN America, where she developed an original concept for a 60-minute, weekly magazine show that is aired globally and through public broadcasting stations across the United States.
